lalapaws training

Had a lovely evening training with Laura Short of lalapaws. Such a good trainer and learnt a lot :) Bella was fab too, picking up everything nicely :) attached one of our runs on the link below, it was at the end of the night and she was tired so not running as fast as she was at the start of the session. Looking forward to next time :) Thanks to John Stirling for the fantastic photos! Love them.
